Plywood aquarium

Plywood aquarium?

To reach down 8 ft. would take a commercial grow light. What are the other dimensions?
A pic or two might help too.

For a 2' x 2' x 4'H enclosure, I usually recommend a Sansi 70W grow light.
I have a 4' x 2' x 4'H (double-wide) enclosure, and I use two of them.

They're full spectrum, warrantied 5 yrs., and everything I have under them grows & blooms like crazy. You can also find coupons.

The important factors are: full spectrum white LEDs. Full spectrum will promote both flowering and foliage growth.

If you do go with the full 8' height, I'd supplement any grow lights on top with floods coming in from angles on specific areas or plants. Sansi makes a number of these, but for this kind of distance, I'd go with the 24W or 36W bulbs.

Chameleons always/usually try to bask under the brightest light they see. The solution is to angle your basking light to shine on a basking perch directly below the brightest (plant) light.
