Possible parasite?

Hello everyone !
As always I bought for my male veiled Nugget 2 boxes of crickets from 2 different places the last days. I put them in the same plastic bag with the intention of washing the cricket bucket later and putting them in. So the issue is this creature (photos below, sadly I can’t upload the video I made) was crawling in the bag just now. Does anyone know if that might be a parasite that crawled out from one of the boxes? Or maybe a worm from plants? Looks like a parasite to me so I’m worried that Nugget already had some crickets from one of the boxes. What do you guys think?

Difficult to see, but my first bet would be a caterpillar. It looks like it has only feet in the beginning and end and like the way it walks (pulled up back) would indicate caterpillar and no parasite. But, this is just a thought at first glance.

It looks so much like an inch worm. Like @Sonny13 said the way it pulls up all the way to walk.

Most Parasites are not going to be visible to the eye. This is why a fecal test is done to rule them out.
