Post-Bone disease care

I have a five month old veiled who had a bone disease when I got him. I took him to a vet right away and I was given instructions on how to properly care for him. He's had all his prescribed medications and I believe I have doing everything right for him, but his legs haven't straightened out all the way and his casque is very small. I have been feeding him crickets who eat enriched bread, oranges, carrots, sweet potato, broccoli, rice, and other fruits and veggies. I put a vitamin supplement made by flukers on the cricket food every week and a D3 calcium powder on it every week as well.
I am pretty positive I have the correct U.V.B bulb (10UVB).
Is there anything else I need to do, or do I just need to wait longer for him to grow and develop properly.
He acts completely healthy though; he climbs and eats like he should and his colors are bright.

The damage done by metabolic bone disease does not reverse from what I understand. It can only be managed and stopped from getting worse. Those who are more well-versed in the subject however may have more information.

The damage cannot be *completely* reversed, however much of it can be. The fractured bones will heal and straighten almost back to normal. You can read more about MBD and how to stop it here: https://www.chameleonforums.com/wha...ase-mbd-looks-like-how-happens-how-fix-95071/

Nutrition is extremely important for recovery. You are on the right track but still not using great ingredients. You shouldn't use bread, broccoli, or rice as all of those actually inhibit calcium absorption. The others you listed are okay but none are actually a good source of calcium.
