Powder coated wire shelf?

I saw a powder coated steel mesh notice board at Ikea…

SÖDERGARN Memo board with magnets, white, 23 ½x23 ½ " (60x60 cm)​

Would it be safe to use on top of the reptibreeze on risers to raise up lights?
Would the heat cause damage to the powder coating and/or unhealthy fumes to the chams?
