How often am I supposed to dust the crickets I feed my chameleon? I usually do it always when I feed her. I recently read that you are supposed to space out the times you dust the crickets. Please give feedback.

this depends on what kind of chameleon you have. each species need slightly different care so the supplementing schedule for one species may be way too much for another species. what kind of chameleon do you have?

Calcium without d3 daily. Multivitamin and Calcium with D3 twice a month

this is the proper supplementing schedule for veiled chameleons :)

It depends.
What type of chameleon? how old? male or female?
what brands of supplements?
how are you gutloading/feeding the crickets?
what other types of feeder prey are you giving the chameleon?
Does the chameleon go outside? inside under UVB tubes?

She is a female veiled chameleon. I dust the crickets with Rep-Cal phosphorous free calcium with VIT.D3 Ultrafine powder. I dont feed the crickets lettuce like I used to because I noticed more died faster. My chameleon only leaves her cage when I hold her.

The Rep-Cal product is very potent. You only want to use that once every other week. Once a week at the max. Too much D3 from supplements can harm your chameleon.
The rest of the time you need a calcium powder that doesnt contain any vitamins or phosphorous. Rep-cal makes one of those too, I think the green label. Another brand to consider is Sticky Tongue Farms Mineral for Outdoor chameleons (even though yours is likely indoors, the outdoor version has no D3, which is the product you want since the RepCal has plenty of D3).

You do need to gutload. Here is a link to info on gutloading:

If you are not providing a good gutload (and lettuce certainly isnt a good gutload) you will absolutely need a vitmain supplement as well, possibly once a week depending on the brand. Even if you do gutload very well, a once a month vitmain supplement is still a good idea.
