Product for temperature and humidity question

I am looking for a product that can monitor temperature and humidity and that I can pull it up on my phone remotely. Does anyone know of a product like this? While I'm gone from my house I have other people taking care of my animals. And I want to make sure that everything is going okay at all times. I have pygmies and they have to be hand misted at times because they like to get up close to the spray nozzle and the pressure will hurt them. It has been very hard to keep the humidity around 80% for my pygmies so I need to keep an eye on it constantly. Thank you
