proper enclosure?

is this enclosure too small for an adult Veiled Chameleon? and if so does anyone have any good ideas to make it suitable for a species of smaller day gecko like peacock or Standings day geckos dimensions are (HxWxL)in inches 31x14x16

i think it is too small,
and if you get a chance to have bigger than 2x2x4
i say, do it. the more my veiled grows the bigger i think his cage should be

i have him in a 2x2x4 screen enclosure right now, i bought this stupid enclosure at a sale though and then i realized i have no use for it.

I think it would be fine for a juvie.. Adults need min 2x2x4, but if you have a teen that would be totally fine.
