purplish chameleon

this might be a silly question.. but is there such thing as primarily purple chameleon?
i just saw this and thought that it might exist

Yes, that is a purple bar ambanja!!! He is the best I have seen so far!! This is a pic of the sire to one of my little guys!!

o my GOODNESS!
i thought that as soon as i am having a successful case with veiled, i would purchase an ambilobe... but now, i am seriously thinking of ambanja..
that purple (and red coloration on the bottom) are just gorgeous!
seriously beats all ambilobe that i've seen so far..

it's still a sub adult and hasn't mated as of last month
any off spring will not be available until mid next year.

yes it's great looking.
But the dynamics of the coloration have got to be worked out
remember the dams genetics make a BIG difference in the offspring.
