Pygmy dusting schedule

Hello everyone, what supplements should i use for the pygmys crickets and what vitamins do i give each day? Anyone that will like to share their dusting schedule please share. Thank you

In speaking with a local breeder (not on this forum), he thinks dusting once a week is sufficient. So, I dust with Reptivite one week, Calcium with D3 one week, and Calcium without D3 the other two weeks. This is not every day of the week, just one day. I do it on my Saturday feedings. Reptivite is given the first weekend of the month because it's easier for me to remember. I'd like to hear about what others are doing.

I think that's a good regimen for pygmies.

I'd also add that you can buy some tropical woodlice which are a fantastic source of calcium and will breed within the tank.
