pygmy schedule

I'm expecting 2 bearded pygmys monday/tuesday.

When should I start feeding them, how much, how often, and when should I supplement?

I've read a few care sheets and understand these values but I'm just wanting to make sure.

If you do a quick search you will find that we talked about this just this week. Quickly though, I feed my two every second day. They get 10 or more crickets per feeding. They are anywhere from pinhead size to 2 week olds. I dust once per week. One week is Reptivite, one week is Calcium with D3, and the other two are calcium without D3. Some pygmies like fruitflies, but mine do not.
