Question about Phoenix Worms

Hey guys i was just wondering what does it mean when they sell Phoenix Worms by cups? So how many actually come in one cup. Sorry guys im new to Chameleons.

Phoenix worms come pre cuped from the grower in extra small and small at 150 per cup, medium and large at 100 worms per cup.

Phoenix worms are a pretty nice feeder for any pet not just chams. I've never tried them with my chams but my beardies and mali uromastyx LOVE them..
