Can chameleons feel us talking? If i was lets say a foot away from my cham would he feel the vibrations of me talking if i was talking loud enough?

The scientist who have actually studied this say there hearing is not at all good, in fact they used to say they can't hear at all. I say if this be the case then they must use their other senses to compensate very well because I have yet been able to surprise one even asleep, or failed to not see one turn and look when there is a perceived sound.

To make up for that lack of hearing, would they be more sensitive to sound vibrations?

Haven't studied it like the scientist have however in my opinion definitely yes. Don't humans compensate for hearing loss it's all part of adapting for survival.
