Question Regarding Fruit/Veggie Supplement

I've been trying to offer my new veiled a mix of romaine, banana, apple, and carrots to supplement his cricket-only diet. However, as he is in a screen enclosure, the feeding dish is on the bottom, a place he rarely visits. Is there any way to encourage him to visit the bottom to feed, or perhaps could anyone recommend some type of feeding dish that mounts well inside a screen enclosure?

Thanks.

What I do is use a regular deli-cup or anything can work, such as a yogurt container.

Poke a hole in it and tie it between the screen near a spot where he seems to enjoy hanging around (basking spot for example).

try holding the piece of fruit and wiggleing it a bit, once my veiled realized how good the friut and veggies were he never turned back, he acctually gets all excited when he sees it coming now, ( i have to save it for after his bug or he wont eat feeders )
