I feed some by cup and some by free range. Just depends on what the chams prefer.

I started off letting my veiled free range, but I switched over to cup feeding. It's a lot easier to keep track of how much your cham is eating

I start by placing the worm/cricket in my mouth with enough hangin out then I bring my mouth up to theirs and they take it.......its a bonding experience......like u do with your puppy/dog........

well, personaly, I mostly free range. but I also hand feed too.
my Splat eats faster then I could ever add to any cup.
