Rate nutrition value

I was thinking.....
If you were to rate all of the commercial live feeders that are readily available,
Silk worms
Super worms
Meal worms
Wax worms
Butter worms
Phoenix worms
Horn worms
Crickets
Roaches
How would you rate them in terms of overall nutrition value from best to worst??

That would depend on what type of chameleon you are feeding and its age, gender, state of health, etc. For I would feed an adult male differently from a female, or from a male recovering from something, or from a young one.

But assuming we're talking about a healthy adult veiled or panther....
