ok, well while i was out side just now with achillies in the tree my blue heeler knocked his suppliments off my counter was playing with his rep-cal, and dusted my entire living room with the no d3 rep-cal. now my question is will it hurt my chams to use the rep-cal with d3 until i get some more that has no
d3.

my heeler looks like shes a crack head now and shes running around sniffing a bunch its kinda funny.

Laughing at the the thought of how that must look! LOL :D
I would say you can use the one with VitD3 for a couple days, but I wouldnt go longer than that. I believe the D3 can build up in the liver and organ toxicity/harm. Instead, gutload your insects heavily with a calcium rich diet.

I would just skip the dusting altogether until you can get more. D3 builds up and can be toxic, too little can be better than too much and the d3 added is just a sort of safety net anyway to supplement the UVB bulbs. So long as you just gutload your insects well with calcium rich food, you should be fine until you can get another bottle of sans d3. Just order it now...or go buy it tomorrow.

Vince from screameleons saidfor my cham to use calcium with d3 every other day. He said that because I'm raising Waldo inside. Was he wrong to say d3 every other day?

Using a supplement with D3 everyday or even every other day is too frequent. D3 can build up and cause organ damage. You DO want to use a calcium without Phos and without D3 every day.

your cham will not be hurt with less supplements for couple of days.
Get the supplements as soon as possible though.
Just use the D3 as normally as you would according to your supplementation schedule.

I'm sure he knows wat he is doing but I don't want Waldo to became sick or develop problems.

Take everything into consideration based on your chameleons specific needs.
What worked for Vince might not worked as well for your chameleon and vice versa.
I am sure Vince has good reasons why he did it.

In general, I would opt not to over supplements with vit D3.
However, my chameleons get the benefit of sunlight at least once a week for 6 hours or more since I live in California.

You as the owner, equipped with proper knowledge from this forum, eventually should be the one who make the final call since you would and should know better about your chameleon more than any other people here.
