I recently started using repashy calcium plus on my 3 month old panther. I just wanted to know if I should be dusting the crickets with this product for everyday? I am worried about over giving my cham too much because I believed it cause a deficiency in my older cham last year. I used a different brand not sure of the name. Any input or advice is greatly appreciated. Any info on how vitamin A deficiency is caused? Interested in that not happening to me again

I don't use it, but have read that you're supposed to use it with every feeding. Some may say otherwise, but that is the intended use. A vitamin A deficiency would be caused by your cham not receiving enough vitamin A.

What supplements did you use on your 1yo? It's impossible to know how you got an A deficiency on your older cham without knowing what you gave him. The Repashy has the proper Vit A for a panther, however, you need to keep in mind it's much more than just the supplement it is also what your feeders are eating and if you are giving your cham the right nutrition via feeders, as well as what you are dusting with.
I do not think everyday is too much with a panther, less might still be fine but every feeding shouldn't cause problems. All that said Repashy Cal Plus is a new product and does not have a long history. I am using the Repashy C+ currently.

you can use it everyday on you 3vmonth panther, just lightly dust the bugs, you dont want to see "ghosts", lol

if you still feel unsure, every other day is fine too:)

i used it on my lil guy and he is outside all day everyday so far, and its been good
