reptiglo 10.0 florescent light

Hi all

i an getting a dual canopy for my reptibreeze aluminium mesh viv, with it comes a 2.0 and a 10.0 tube, what should i use as i heard that the mesh can block alot of the UV

I would use the 10.0. The 2.0 probably would not be enough even without mesh. The recommended is either 5.0 or 10.0. I use 10.0 on all of my cham cages.

I'm assuming this is for the veiled from one of your earlier threads? If so I would go with the 10.0. The 2.0 would be kinda useless on its own, but could be used with the other bulb. I just got a 12% Arcadia to replace the 6% that I'm currently using. I have plenty of foliage available if he needs to take a break from the rays, but even the 10.0 is no match for direct sunlight, and they live in that!
