Reptisun 5.0 bulb and T8bulb question

So guys I jwant to know something, when I bough my Translucent Veiled they sent me for free a Reptisun 5.0 UVB light bulb. And I asked once in a petshop about them but they didnt give me details, so I wanted to know which is better for the Cham, the long tube one or these ones.

Linear ones are better. Compact ones causes eye issues with some chams, rearly but not as healthy as linear ones.
