reptisun 5.0

So mr ester is still not eating.......
I took him to the vet on monday and they told me to give it a week before i got worried but i and everyone else on here knows its impossible not to worry about them.

I went to the petco and got him a reptisun 5.0 bulb.....Maybe that will help....I think Im just to the point where Im trying anything I can. Its definetly way brighter than the one that he came with so maybe the other was bad........I dunno.

What kind of UVB lamp did he come with?

all it said was reptile uvb on it.....
The vet so he was good.....so I dunno......I posted another thread on him before i took him to the vet

Howdy Codi,

If you want, toss us any other info about the UVB tube that you replaced. Maybe there is a mfgr's name or model number somewhere on the tube or even just photos of the tube and the fixture would help determine what that tube was. It isn't as big a deal now that you have replaced it with an 18" Reptisun 5.0 linear tube, but it might help eliminate some past and present concerns .
