I make my own roach chow, from scratch, meant to be fed year round as a healthy food that I believe should be fed all the time instead of just gutloading with it. Though whatever you decide to do with it is your choice. I make it from plant based ingredients (no animal proteins) that are safe for roach in take and chameleon in take, it is full of super foods. Each batch is guaranteed to have certain ingredients as a constant and certain ingredients rotated depending on what I have on hand, the fruits and nuts/seeds are what are most often rotated. Someone expressed interest last time I talked about it, in buying some from me, I must have accidentally erased their message. If they notice this thread I am making a new batch soon and hope they will contact me about it. Anyone else who is interested in it is welcome to speak up to. I will be offering a list of ingredients to those who ask without any measurements, and all that I am asking in payment is shipping to be paid and around 8 dollars per pound. I have had great success with all my roaches/crickets, even my GBR power this stuff down. I have never refrigerated my roach chow, though I suppose it would be fine, I just keep it in a jar.
