Roaches in the U.K?other staples i can offer up?

Sending this out to all keepers in the U.k/N.Ireland and Ireland......i am looking into ordering some roaches online(was let down by one place)any one know of any other reliable source i can purchase at please?Also looking to offer up another main food other than crickets.....any ideas??thanks allI was thinking maybe silk worms??

I keep mantids and belong to a forum.

The link above is to the guy i get my roaches from... I've started a colonie and 'touch wood' they are breeding well

The good thing about these roaches are they are not good climbers and will stay in the feeder cups
He aslo has fly casters (green/blue bottle) my Peanut goes mad for them
