Hello everyone,
I’ve been racking my brain the past few days and can’t seem to come up with the best plan.
I have 2 new Ambanja Panther Chameleons. I’ve built their 2x2x4 diy cages and have them out on the inside of my screened in patio, I live in FL. Their cages are indirect sunlight and I have the appropriate lighting for the cages already.
Since I am in FL and my patio gets a ton of direct sunlight, I’d really like to have a way for them to be able to hang out while I’m on the patio and get some direct sunlight. I have 2 now but plan to have 4, 2 breeding pairs. So my plan is to have a way they could chill with me but not be able to reach each other.
I didn’t want to do individual plants on the ground due to limited space so I’ve been trying to think of a way to hang something from the top of the ceiling that is low enough for them to sit in the sun. I can think of anything that I think is safe enough and without having to drill a ton of holes in the patio structure.
Has anyone does anything like this before? If anyone has any ideas, I’d greatly appreciate it.
