Rocko has not shed for a while now and has cracked skin on feet!

Hey guys! lately my chameleon has been worrying me! he has been pale looking like he is going to shed for a while now. Its been more then 3 months and he still has not shed other then his tail slightly. he also hasn't been using has back legs all the time. sometimes i see him resting on his belly and he keeps his back leg or legs hanging but when i get him moving he seems fine. he seems to have some small cracking of the skin on his back feet and it might just be that but is there anything else it could be? also what can i do to prevent his feet from cracking like such? Another thing that i have noticed is that there is a small bump on his elbow but it does not seem to be bugging his. any idea what it could be? pls help! thanks!

What is his supplementing schedule and misting schedule? If you can, filling out the how to ask for help form may be more helpful.

he looks pretty healthy. typically as they age they shed more in random spots rather than a full shed. maybe hes doing it when you arent looking? beautiful, nonetheless!

i supplement him Multivitamins every Monday and Calcium with D3 every Friday.

Also i mist his cage three times a day and also have a fogger.
