I have a royal gramma that is fully acclimated and reef safe. This species makes and excellent burst of color in any reef tank. They are hardy and easy for beginners.

Best kept singly as they are often aggressive towards their own species. Make sure to provide several caves and hiding places for it to hide in. Feed frozen preparations of chopped meaty foods, and/ or mysid shrimp.
