I took Rupert outside today and dang is he evil outside!! He was hissing, flattening out, poofing out and was doing this thing where he'd stand up on his back legs, get flat and bow over sideways at me. He did get me twice but barely.
Since it's been nice and I've been putting him out when I'm home, he's very ticked the whole time he's outside?? His new enclosure is too heavy to be dragging out the door and back in so I've being using his old one for sunning. I've decided not to leave him out all summer b/c of stray cats people have dumped out here recently.
I took lots of pics but only got one that looks ok. I know ya'll are going say he looks dehydrated by his eyes but he always looks like that?? He's got a dripper that drips 24-7 and mister 4 times a day. I've seen him drink from both. Even his poop looks normal with nice white urates.
Earlier today, I was looking at pics of the breeder chams from where I got him(FLChams) and he looks alot like a few on there. Compared to a friends veiled about the same age, his casque is huge and that ridge above his eyes is bigger than hers too?
Anywho...here's the only non attack picture I got of him....it's kind of an odd angle b/c he really, really HATES the camera.
