My boy Waldo is silly. A week or so ago I fed him his first hornworm and he ate as quick as I could put it on the screen. The next day or so he did the same thing with two more. So this week I thought I would give him a couple of more. The last couple of times i have tried ot offer them to him and he eaither walks right over them if i put them on a vine or if i have them on my finger he puffs all up and and acts like they are the devil.

I have not tried in a few days but it struck me as weird.

Anyway just thought I would share.

Kuzco does that with horn worms too!! So does Bella.

Kuzco runs away from them but Bella bites off their heads and leaves them to bleed out..

You can tell she lives with her daddy lol. Too much COD and Halo...

chams are very picky..(like little kids) kinda doubt this, but what color worms are you using, and what size..it could possibly affect them..

my chams have always gone crazey for them..(just placed another order with rob at greatlakeshornworms :) )

I get mine from rob too so they are the teal ones. My dragons love them as treats and I have one girl starting to come out of brumation so I want to really fatten her up. While I had them I thought it would try them with Waldo. I would say these are pretty small compared to full grown...maybe an inch or a little more. Definitely not too big.

Same thing here. He ate his first one like it was chocolate cake. The second one got stuck on the ficus as he was swallowing it and he ended up chunking it back out. Since then, no hornworms. He'll walk away from them, fast.
