Sex of a Trioceros Hoehnelli?

Hey Chameleon Community! Quick question - Would anyone be able to help me sex my juvenile Helmeted Chameleon named Rocinante? Should I just be looking for a bulge at the base of the tail? Any other indicators? I realize my picture isn't the best and I can certainly post more when I'm home from work but what you see is pretty much it. There's no definite bump but its not entirely smooth either. Also excuse his/her grumpy face : P

Thanks guys! Is the bump the only way to tell on these guys?

I think the males are slightly larger than the females, have a slightly higher casque and the tail bulge...but then you need one adult of each to compare them if you don't know by the tail bulge!
Correct me if I'm wrong @bobcochran !
