shed on end of nose?

My cham has what looks to be shed on the end of his nose(rostral) and under his nose above his mouth. It has been there for quite sometime but is not coming off! I have misted, dripped water on it etc. We have very humid days here so humidity is not a problem. It has been dried out now for a long time. If finally looks like it is going to break away but it is driving me crazy! Anyone else ever have their chams rostrals shed and get stuck? Just wondering. I of course, would never think of trying to pull it off. This is the first time he has ever shed like this. He is 2 yrs old.

Wet Q-Tip. Rub the spot with it.

I thought about that, but I didn't know if it was a good idea to be poking at his face with that. He is a very sweet cham and I know he would never bite or anything but I guess I could try it. I just don't know if having that on the end of his nose is uncomfortable for him. I will wait a few more days and see if it works its way off by itself. Thanks!

Yea, see if you can't gently rub it off with a moist Q-tip, it's what I do. Sometimes they get shed stuck in places where they have a hard time rubbing against stuff so it just stays there, and then with a wet finger or Q-tip it comes right off.
