Shedding & Nutrition

Ok so I have a juvenile veiled (around 3 months) and he recently finished shedding...but only the top half of his body and his face and front feet. I ramped up the frequency of his fogging system and I spray down his enclosure by hand several times a day but it's winter here and I can't keep the humidity as high as normal. Is there anything else I can do to help him shed his belly and tail? Will he shed it on his own, just a bit later?
Also, I've been feeding him gut loaded crickets dusted with a calcium+D3 supplement 3 times per day (about 4 crickets each time) as well as a mealworm or two every now and then. Is this enough? He's always really quick to gobble them up so I'm wondering if he needs to be fed more? Also, is he getting everything he needs? I just want to be sure. I have never kept a chameleon before, just leopard geckos and beardies...I just want to be sure I'm doing everything right.

I had a similar problem with my male who's 5months. His tail and back feet didn't finish shedding until about 5 days later, almost into the next week. I soaked him in warm shallow water for maybe 10-15mins for the 1st two days i noticed his shedding issue. It worked a bit but not enough. When I posted on the forum about it, I was told to mist at least 4-6x a day, and I did.

To be honest I was still concerned it wasn't helping and even sprayed him at night when he was sleeping, but only his tail (which was his problem area). I know it bothered him a bit because I would see him breathe as if he were annoyed, but I'd rather resolve the shed and bug him a bit than have him be in any discomfort or pain from not completing his shed. This with the increase of mistings during the day, he shed his tail in a couple days.

In regards to your dusting, I believe its suppose to be:
Calcium (w/o D3) daily
Calcium w/ D3 2x month
Multivitamin 2x month

Hopefully the more experienced members can chime in on me as well.
