Shedding signs?

Do panthers show signs when they are about to shed? Like go slightly cloudy and dark in colour?
Snakes go "blue" and eyes cloud so was wondering if they do anything like that

I find color of the area where the Chameleon is going to shed will go dull and lighten in color. Then the shed occurs and the color is much more vibrant.

My little ones legs looks like his legs have been dipped in salt water and dried if that makes sense
He has patches of this in his body as well, was wondering if he's just about to shed

Does it look like he's going into shed? He's laying on the branch really strange today and skin looks horrible

well shedding is usually a rough time for them so they ten to be a bit weird. byt from that pic it doesnt really look like a shed to me he just seems dark and pissed lol but maybe someone else can weigh in on it. when mine shed the top parst of the crest of his head and back started first then bam it was all over with skin from one side of my cage to the other >.> what a mess. also on another note if u do see his shed get some farily warm water in a spray bottle and gently mist to help the skin come off a little better

My old one use to go horrible colours n then a few days later the white peel comes off in one
His skin just looks horrible atm so was just seeing if he's getting ready to shed

All within a few days, for colors I mean, not size.

how has his appetite been? Also has he been rubbing on any branches?

The signs for shedding are usually decrease in appetite, him rubbing on anything in his cage, they'll also puff up and open their mouths then close/ bend their body (well mine does anyway :/).
~hope this helped.

That sounds about right, he's been rubbing his face and puffing up the last day and not been eating as much
I'll keep checking on him :)
