Hey! So Espio is a 3 month old veiled chameleon. I opened his terrarium to spray it and I noticed this big white patch on his head and some on his legs. I freaked out till my husband said he's probably just shedding. I took a picture just to be sure though. Is he shedding or is something wrong?? The humidity in his terrarium is normally 50-60 between misting sessions and around 80 when the mister comes on. I also spray his plants in there a couple times a day to make sure he has enough water in there to drink. Poops and urate are normal and hydrated and he eats his crickets like crazy. I even had to throw in a couple extra earlier today because he ate all his from this morning and was still prowling around looking for more.
I just want to make sure he's ok. I attached the picture of what his head looks like. Hope you can see. He gets anxious when I go into his terrarium since he's a baby and we've only had him a couple weeks.
