well its a screened cage I spray it 4-5 times a day or more until i find a decent automatic misting system. I also got a heating light but it don't seems to be humid like it should be. should I purchase a fogger also?

I believe that an automatic mister will definitely help. I have a screen enclosure and cover one side of it with a towel which blocks air flow on only one side and seems to help the humidity stay up. Also depending on where you live keeping the humidity up may seem more difficult. I believe a fogger could help with humidity.

I use wax paper to close off one or two top halfs of the walls, both being the corners that meet. You won't have to worry about mold forming on it and the water rolls off it with ease. I'd be concerned leaving a damp towel there since your chancing mold or bacteria to grow or I feel it'd be a pain to change it everyday. If he's got stuck shed you can try a shower. If he's an adult the shedding process could take a few days as they typically shed different parts of their body at a time. If he's young and it's taking more than two days, like I said, try giving him a shower. There's threads on here that explain how to do so if you aren't sure how.

If your having trouble with shed it would be ok to spray him directly as long as you don't drown him, and use warm water so the shock isn't that great. But like Nicholasdeaan said if he is older, and its doesn't look like it's causing any problems just leave him be nature will eventually take its coarse.

Yes I agree mist water him so he wont be itch irritate, human baby can have a irritate butt skin, thats why we use johnson n johnson baby powder ,same theory the only difference is chameleon shedd skins but baby butt dont.

Does foggers even work on screened cages? and yes, I have been using luke warm water and spaying the cage and him also and he seems to like it a lot! Hes a teenager so I don't really know what he wants anymore lol Shower? what do u mean by that I can barley get him out of his cage.
