Shedding??!!

My Chameleon has started shedding, what can i do to make this as easy as possible for him?
Also he's been shedding for a lil over a day and the whole time he hasn't been his normal green, hes more of a dark green, gray, brown... as if he's stressed. is this normal? or is he really stressed?

Try misting him with some warm water. Use hot water in the sprayer and it should spray out warm. Test it first to make sure though.

my chams changes colors when he sheds too, they are just uncomfortable when they shed. no worries.

when my little guy sheds he turns a grey green/ brown color before he sheds dont worry
