Shedding

Hi all! My juvenile veiled Started shedding about 3 weeks ago, she still has a piece on her little head, and it looks like 2 of her legs. I've been misting, and keeping an eye on humidity. I'm not sure how much of a health emergency this is, but I am worried about her growing and the skin getting too tight.
I was told to contact a vet, which I will try to do (not many in my area).
Just wondering if anyone on here had any suggestions.
Thank you for your time!

3 weeks is a long time for a Juvi to be stuck in shed. Mist mist and more mist. Warm water will be more pleasent. I'd say 5 a day till its worked out.. how much are u misting now? And where does ur humidity sit before misting? Also misting sessions shouldn't be below 3 minutes

There she is! Glad you made it over! I'm sure you'll get lots of info on here, some of which I have already stated and some different ideas. I think awhile back I had mentioned giving him a warm shower? Yes? No? Anyways, you can stick him on a tree and place the tree in the shower with the shower bouncing off of the wall onto him...

I've been misting about 5 times a day, with warm water. The humidity is sometimes at 35%.
I haven't put her in the shower yet. How long should I do it for?

I put her in the shower with a plant and water bouncing off the wall as suggested and she HATED it. So much that she jumped off the plant and ran to me. I was one nervous chameleon mother.

It has been some time since you first posted. Has she completely shed now? Im sorry she didn't like the shower.mi haven't had to do it, but I have read that it has it's benefits especially with sick chams.:)

It's okay! Every chameleon is different. She's gotten a bit more off. It's only on the left side of her veil, and 3 of her legs have done on it. She's been otherwise fine since I got a new cage for her. Just those few parts are stuck in shed.
