Awesome!
They just e-mailed me a week or so ago to announce that this was officially starting.
Check out the great kits they have available for packing animals.
A decent amount of shipping is in our future and I plan to use this service.

Welcome to the forum! It is always cool to get new sponsors and new avenues of the cham hobby!! :)

I gave this service a try this week, and I highly recommend. Just as easy as printing labels from UPS.com and there weren't any issues when I brought the chameleons to the ups store. I will continue to ship animals through this company, and I encourage others to as well.

UPS's next day air now comes in "by the end of the next day"

What do you mean by this? I ship everything UPS Next Day Air, and 95% of it is there by 10:30AM, the rest is usually by noon. Only very rural addresses are end of day; probably less than 5% of all US addresses. Early AM (8:30AM guarantee) isn't even available to most addresses, and almost doubles the price of shippnig.

When I checked UPS online, their policies have changed.

It used to be next day air was "guaranteed by 10:30AM."
now, it reads "by the end of the next day"

Early AM used to read "by 8:30AM the next day"
Now it reads: "by 10:30AM".

I even had the woman at the UPS store check their computers to confirm it.

By 10:30 is fine, but when it's hot, I dont' want my shipments sitting in a UPS truck all day.

Check with UPS - when I estimate rates on their website, it is pretty clear. They changed their guarantees.

EDIT: Apparently, this has always been. For some reason, the location I had to ship to did not qualify for the same, normal arrival times. I had to ship them early AM, as I could not chance it all day.

Nevermind...nothing to see here...

thanks for bringing that to my attention. Saves me stress.
