shipment worry

my mistking has been in tranist for days like three or four..its only a two hour drive from my house yet is saying it wont be diliverd till the 16th and the package weight used to be 12.7 but it changed to 9.4... it left this morning at 9:30am and it hasnt been updated sence. whats going on?

didnt order from mistking, from josh's frogs but they've been really great and helpful with everything. i dont think anything that would happen would be their faut but people around her are sketchy(SC)...guess i'll play the waiting game but i may have to raise a little heck at FEDEX if they mess anything up. and belive me i will

You can call fedex about it, Ive even had them call drivers, and the drivers called me to explain what the heck was going on. If you let them know you have concerns, IME, they are helpful, it might be slightly time consuming though

Its just the stupid carriers.... They work like airports.... They have this whole HUB thing going on. Even though you may just live over the hill it has to go to the moon first. I can send a letter to the next town 2 miles from here.. But it will go to Milwaukee first! Because they dont send a truck from my post office to thier post office See what im sayin??

If it makes you feel better I've had some wonky things going on with my Mist King shipment as well. I ordered directly through Mist King, though, and it's going through UPS.

I received an email that my estimated delivery date was February 10, 2012. I was checking the status on February 10, and the green bar at the top which indicates the package is on time disappeared. That night it reappeared and said it was on time... but for February 14, 2012 delivery. I don't think they should have changed it to "on time" because technically that is late delivery... not on time just because they decided to change the date!

Now the tracking info says, "Tracking information is not available at this time. Please try again later."

I don't know what to tell you about the fluctuation of the weight, though. Hopefully someone just made an error! I hope your Mist King arrives safe and sound!

hopefully it aint USPS they mange to break both of my T5 UVB bulbs from Lightyourreptiles within 2 weeks. I imagine your mistking is rugged though and it'll be just fine.

See just like the airlines!!!! Some SHMUCK Put your package on the wrong truck.... Its still on time...because now its going alot farther to get to you! LOL Just be glad its not your clean shorts

Some dirt bag sent it to California! I told the guy at the shop that California can keep it. I decided to wait for the 2012 model instead.... Now I had to wait 3 more months for that bike to come from Austria! Thats a long wait with 8 g's floating with nothing to show for it.

yep, and I'm not thrilled at all. Basically going to have to pay out of my pocket to send them back:roll eyes: Just to get my refund. Bunch of BS looks like ill be keeping the proven Repti sun 5.0s and having not much good to say about LIGHTYOURREPTILES Todd Goode and USPS for a while Im not a scammer and the last thing Im going to do is scam anyone let alone a site sponsor for a $50 light bulb.So he can keep his broken bulbs.

I don't care if you can ship to Russia if my bulb is broken in OHIO. LOL what do I care

maybe you'd have better luck getting one and driving it to me. Ill give you a veiled chameleon LOL.

I just got an Arcadia 24" bulb from Todd... Mine was fine... In fact I started to get pissed because he packaged it so well I could hardly get to it. Also today 2 compact flouresent indoor Sunshine bulbs came undamaged. You can hardly blame Todd for shipping troubles

i plan to order arcadia bulbs from him soon as well

Just be thankful your not getting shiped a cham and seeing these updates! I had trouble a few weeks ago when my cham got delivered to a mail room at some warehouse. Luckily I told fedex it was a live animal and they needed to do something ASAP. Within the hour I had the package. I let them have a piece of the ol' mind first though.

Just be thankful your not getting shiped a cham and seeing these updates! I had trouble a few weeks ago when my cham got delivered to a mail room at some warehouse. Luckily I told fedex it was a live animal and they needed to do something ASAP. Within the hour I had the package. I let them have a piece of the ol' mind first though.

ugh! that really really sucks! I hope its all in one piece when it shows up and that nothing is missing!

oh and now that i see your new avatar, I think kermit and chloe will be just fine, I think they are roughly the same size, shes just plumper, which explains the weight difference. so i think he can handle her!
