ive just got my order of silkworms in and coastal silkworms only had small worms and i was wondering how to raise them to full size i heard they are very sensitive

They should come in a container with enough food to last. If not you can buy Powdered Mulberry Silkworm Food from Coastal.

I did so do i just cook up the food and let them grow? Am i supposed to split them up into separate containers

Depends on how many worms you have. Usually a flatter tubberware type plastic box will be fine. Don't use the top, keep the container open. Put them in a container lined with paper towel, feed them with the chow. The chow should be of a consistency that you can use a cheese shredder to disperse the chow over the worms. You'll have to clean the container periodically.
