Silkworm Eggs

Okay i have some eggs and am totally confused. Some say fridge some say no. Do i put them in a petri dish above the fridge wait for them to turn black and then put them in the fridge?

Let them turn dark, then put loose eggs in the fridge lowest shelf in the back. After 3 months of refrigeration, take them out, smear some non-toxic glue in the center on another petri dish, sprinkle some eggs, follow incubation procedures to hatch them.

The bottom of the frig is cooler than the top and you need to keep them at a low temp but not in the freezer.....so yes a low shelf in the frig.

Thanks, i have them in ziplock bags on regular white paper. I sealed the bags tight is this okay? I also put them on the door of the fridge i guess the crisper area but if you guys think i should have it at the bottom i will move it down there

Okay important question. Do i keep the silkworm eggs on top of the fridge until they turn black and then put them in the refrigerator? They are in there now but i don't know what to do. Silkworms 101 is very helpful but i get confused sometimes sorry if you guys don't, i do. :)

Wait till they turn to black then put it in.
If they don't turn black, that means the eggs are dud AKA infertile. So, there is no reason to refrigerate infertile eggs.
