Size of Dubias

I'm interested in putting more variety in my cham's diet as I'm only using 1/4" crickets for my 3 month old panther. I would estimate he's about 3" long snout to vent. I'm wondering if it is a good time to start using dubias and if so, are they going to be the right size for my cham?

The very small baby dubias are pretty small, probably no bigger than the crickets you are using now. And my 3 month olds have always had an easy time handling the bigger baby dubias so I don't think you'll have any problems finding a good size for your guy.

You can use dubia nymphs they are just as long as 1/4" crickets but are a little wider so theres a little more substance to them. so not as many dubias are needed as well :D full grown dubias are huge though! haha i actually didnt think they got that big, but when i got them :O HUGE

i love dubias! they are easy to keep, and i feed the whole crew with them..
i feed my juvenile beardies, small crested geckos and my adult male veiled with the various sizes..plus you feed much less since they are meatier than crickets..

i started with about 300 of them 3 months ago and it seems that i havent feed any off.
NO more Crix for me!!
