Sleepy Panther

Hi, I recently noticed my panther cham has been sleeping during the day. I am aware that this is not suppose to happen and it recently started after I bought him a new bulb. I orignally had a exo terra solar glo 160w professional bulb, and after about 7 months I replaced it with a zoo med power sun 160w bulb. Is this light too powerful? His basking spot is about 10-12inches away. If this is not a simple yes or no, I can post my full setup. Thank you.

Need to know the temperature of the basking spot. 160W seems awfully high. I get perfect temps with just a 75W

Knowing the temperature or the basking spot though could show why he is sleeping during the day. Especially since its a common thing for a chameleon to sleep during the day if fatigued (too much heat can and will fatigue your chameleon). Also sunglows are known for being more powerful than their actual wattage. My 100W sunglow is way hotter than my 100W MV bulb. What's the temp before you fill the form out.
