Small Subtle Whitish Lump On Veiled Arm

Hello ! Alright so about two months ago I rescued a juvenile male veiled with MBD, got him right to the vet, calcium shots for a week, most of you experienced chameleon forum-ers know the deal :) He's been doing GREAT, gotten back almost all his strength, and is even becoming accustomed to people and is quite the friendly little guy. A couple days ago though, I noticed this small white-ish patch of scales on his right arm near his armpit, and then noticed today that they look a bit raised even? I've felt it with my fingers and it's hard, very very subtle as you can tell by the pictures - does anyone know what this is? Should I make a vet appointment or is this nothing to worry about? It almost looks too as if in between the scales is black-ish? ANY insight or help would be awesome, I've had lots of chameleons but never seen anything quite like this before !
