Snail set up for food and overall health

I have a pair of snails in a tote and they seem happy. I know we are certainly enjoying them but I am new to them and I do keep the temperature and humidity in check but I'm wondering if worms would help turn the soil? My concerns are parasites and pesticides that could come with them. The goal is to have baby snails used for food for my Ambilobes. I'm curious on thoughts on the worms or on snails for diet. Thanks!

When they lay their eggs you need to move the eggs into a container with clean organic soil to avoid the babies getting parasites from the poop and soil the parents were on. The eggs look like little pearls buried in the soil.
I don't think earthworms would affect the adults but would avoid them for the babies just incase they harbor anything that could infect your feeders.
