There are two current threads on snails today. Popular topic. Depends on where you are. In California or Florida go out to your back yard. Raise the offspring of wild caught land snails as feeders. In the rest of the US See linked thread. In the UK ask @Twitchet

Snail farming is big business it seems throughout the world so you might find an escargot breeder? We are lucky here- the reptile shops sell snails online- packs of 10 or so or ebay where people are selling 50-500 plus a few websites selling seconds snails for reptile food. I'd love to get some roman snails- very nice looking snail.
