So, i caught a grasshopper.

Is looks like he likes grasshoppers. Great shots! He's quite a handsome guy. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, He's my big guy. So finding good sized prey is always difficult. I won't tell you what he ate last week, but it has wings too.

Steve,

Your big guys eyes look a little sunken....perhaps you could give him to me so I can hydrate him?:D

Because I care,

its funny you should mention that, i was thinking the same thing, but it just so happens i just received my shipment of madagascar rain water....so i think the choice here is clear......:D

but seriously being in so cal im starting to see more of these guys around, and sadly i keep nothing big enough to eat them. Ill start swiping them, I have some spare out door screen/wood cage i can keep them in untill i can make it out to an sbck meeting, or hand them off to someone local that does go. Id be my pleasure.

More like a peep, peep :(

I'd pay you for hoppers, I'll even pick them up. I'm seeing fewer, and fewer. I would really like to try cicada's too, since there's a Malagasy species. I tend to think cicada's would be on the menu at certain times of the year.

I'm glad to see we have a caring ;) community of keepers, who would unselfishly take in, and help animals in need. :D

Oh oh! PM me and do tell xD

I see those finger length grasshoppers in our backyard and at my campus all the time.

I'll catch some and hang on to them, I wish Chameleo could eat one, but they are seriously so huge.
