Solarmeter 6.2 questions

I just got my solarmeter for 75.00 on Ebay and now I need to know how to use it and what to measure for (number wise). Am I going to a certain "goal" UVB number or range? I would really appreciate any input on this

There's some really good threads on here about that Solar Meter. You might want to do a search. I have that meter and what I do is hold it to where my animals sit to catch the UV and if it's 18 or higher I consider my bulb good. If it drops much below 15 I change it and save the weak ones for babies.
