VerteX Avid Member Apr 14, 2008 #4 Answer 1: It is used when talking about temperatures. Example: Mid to high 70s = 75 Fahrenheit to 79 Fahrenheit = 24 Celsius to 26 Celsius Answer 2: It depends on the species. If you post a picture we can help.

M mohamed New Member Apr 14, 2008 #5 hi it's veiled, does it mean that the top of the cage most be 79 and the mid of it most be 70??
VerteX Avid Member Apr 14, 2008 #6 No but similar. It means that top of the cage (where he sits under the lamp) has to be between that temperature. Not more than 79F, not less than 75F. This is for baby veiled chameleons. 0 to 4 months old. 24C to 26C. Middle of the cage has to be 21C-24C.
