There are several species of undescribed species of dwarf chameleon in South Africa, although many are known to exist some are closely related to others and may not be genetically distinct. There are several species which are not widely known, so there is much work to be done with the Dwarf Chameleons within South Africa almost 80% of the dwarf chameleons in South Africa are endemic to the region.
Here is something special a poorly documented and under represented undescribed species of Dwarf Chameleon from Baviaanskloof.
Known loosely as the "Baviaanskloof Dwarf Chameleon".
Bradypodion sp (Bavianskloof)
