IMHO it's best to put them in vermiculite. Sand doesn't work. You'll lose your eggs.
I recommend using the coarse vermiculite. Moisten it so it you take a fist full of it you can't squeeze out more than a drop of water.
Fill the container you show about an inch deep with it and lay the eggs in rows. You need a lid on the container.
If the rows are as close together as you show in your photo they will likely all hatch together. I prefer them to be spaced further apart so they will hatch more individually. In the wild it's necessary for them to hatch all at once...but I feel that it's better in captivity if they hatch more individually.
