Sparying!!

Hi all im a little new to havig a chameloen, I have had him about 3 weeks and every thing seems ok!

i as just wondering if i should spray him with water ( just a fine mist) to keep him hydrated along with spraying the leaves twice aday for him to drink from!

at them min he seems to be peeling his skin if i can spray him with a fine mist should i do it when he is peeling

I mist mine (male veiled) with warm water every day and he is fine with that. Although some seem to try to run away. If you put hot water in your mister test it with your wrist at about the same distance your cham will be away from the nozzle. You will find the hot water cools rapidly and will only be tepid by the time it hits your cham.

I don't spray my chameleons. They all seemed to hate it so I stopped doing it. It's always up to them whether to mist them or not
